During movement sessions, foam balls, tennis balls, foam-covered sticks and seed logs are used.


Basic equipment:
Two tennis balls (not too hard).
A stick one metre long and 1.5 cm in diameter, covered with foam (such as pipe insulation) (available from hardware stores).
Two large foam balls approximately 13 cm in diameter (melon balls). These balls are fairly soft, flexible and comfortable.
Two medium foam balls with a diameter of approximately 10 cm (grapefruit balls) that are very flexible or, if unavailable, two small foam balls the size of a tennis ball.
A fabric log filled with small buckwheat balls. (diameter: 6 cm; length: 20 cm) handmade.
Two small ‘magic’ or ‘super’ balls (available from children's toy shops).

These tools are easily found in shops or DIY stores.

*Foam stick: wooden dowels 1 metre long and approximately 1.5 cm in diameter. Insulating foam rubber approximately 15 mm in diameter, 20 mm thick and 1 metre long to thread onto the stick. This material can be found online at Bauhaus by searching for ‘pipe insulation’ or in any DIY supermarket, however, the rubber sold in France is often more suitable.
